The project team conducted a scoping literature review to examine frameworks for evaluating peer support programs for people with chronic conditions. This review is part of a larger project to develop an online evaluation tool to assess the quality of peer support groups for people with chronic conditions. It is based on the delivery of peer support programs in community settings.
