The purpose of this literature review is to provide a review of the evidence base for developing an effective, sustainable peer workforce for the Frankston Mornington Peninsula Mental Health Alliance. This review will assist FMPMHA to plan for the development of a peer workforce, in line with FMPMHA’s work plan for the Development of a Peer Support Workforce project.
