InformationThis position is responsible for establishing a team of consumer peer workers, facilitating their orientation and ongoing training and educational needs, and providing ongoing supervision and mentoring. This position will work alongside the family/carer peer worker team leader, and receive support and supervision from our senior consumer consultant. You will have lived experience of mental health challenges, and significant experience of undertaking direct peer work with consumers, and be able to mentor and supervise others. This is a great opportunity to be involved in establishing and leading this exciting new service. This is a full time position, but we can offer some flexibility in contracted working hours.
The position will be based in Dandenong, but will be required to work across all sites, and so a full driving license is required.
